Information and purposes
Our hosting providers process technical information, such as IP addresses, request details and errors, to deliver and protect the website. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, device/browser information, referral sources, approximate location and interactions using browser identifiers. We use these reports to understand and improve the website. Do not include sensitive information in page URLs.
Your cookie choices
Optional Google Analytics is off until you accept it. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent browsing or using the external ordering and application links. Accept analytics, Reject optional and Customize are available in the banner. Reopen Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw permission. Withdrawal disables analytics, removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the loaded tracker. It does not delete information previously received by Google.
Storage and duration
The essential local-storage entry bounce-consent saves your choice, a random consent ID, the notice version and timestamps for 180 days. Acceptance and rejection have the same duration. The ID identifies this browser's preference, not a verified person. Clearing site data, changing browsers or moving from the preview to the main domain requires a new choice. A material policy change can also trigger a prompt. If storage is blocked, analytics stays off. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are configured for up to 180 days without automatic renewal. Google's report-data retention is controlled separately in the business's Analytics account.
Consent records
When you save a choice, we send the consent ID, analytics preference, action (accept, reject, update or withdraw), policy version and a unique event ID to our protected database. The server adds a receipt timestamp. Records are retained for 24 months and removed by an automated daily cleanup. These records document browser choices, not verified identities. We do not store names, emails, raw IP addresses or browsing histories in this audit table. Network addresses are processed transiently into keyed, daily-changing hashes for abuse prevention; rate-limit entries are removed after two days by the daily cleanup. A separate local pending queue retries failed recordings. Your choice applies immediately even if the server is unavailable. You can view your consent ID in Cookie settings and provide it when asking about a record. Authorized business administrators can access records through the protected cloud database.
Privacy signals and advertising
When this browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC), this website keeps optional analytics off, even if an earlier preference allowed it. This implementation does not enable advertising cookies, Google Signals or advertising personalization. We do not install Instagram or TikTok tracking pixels. Your browser's privacy and blocking settings can provide additional controls.
Ordering, forms and other websites
Orders, payments, rewards and gift cards open on Toast. Job applications and fundraiser inquiries open on Google Forms. These services may collect contact information, order or application details, payment information and other fields you choose to submit. Bounce uses information it receives to fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, administer programs and review applications. Those records are separate from cookie preferences. Toast, Google, Instagram and Google Maps apply their own privacy notices and storage practices after you follow their links; rejecting analytics here does not configure those websites. Fonts and drink imagery on this site are hosted with the website, rather than loaded from Google Fonts.
Requests and retention
Contact the lounge to ask about access, correction or deletion of information submitted to the business, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify a request and may need to retain records for transactions, security or legal obligations. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Cookie preferences are not marketing-email consent. This website's consent control does not set the retention periods for orders, applications, provider logs or Google reports. Do not send payment details or identity documents merely to ask a privacy question.
