We're seeking customer-service savvy individuals, quick learners, and those obsessed with boba for a team member position. This role require dedicated individuals willing to exceed expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Member Requirements:

• Interest or experience in food service, customer service, and drink making.
• Open to feedback, with a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Punctual, responsible, and reliable.
• Basic math skills.
• Comfortable working with chemicals, open flames, odors, refrigeration, wet floors, and noise.
• Self-manages shifts and uses downtime effectively.
• Communicates effectively with team members.
• Available weekdays, weekends, and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Food Handler's Certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Quick learner, adaptable.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tea, boba, beverages, fried foods, and sandwiches.
• Greet customers with a smile and provide personalized service.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold sanitation standards.
• Prep, label, and ensure freshness of ingredients, using proper knife skills.
• Retain recipes and procedures for daily operations.
• Build positive crew relationships and uphold company policies.
• Handle equipment and lift up to 50 lbs. Able to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, following store procedures and maintaining cleanliness.
• Understand and implement sanitation policies.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, walk, and use hands/tools throughout the shift. Occasionally crouch, crawl, or kneel.
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs. Visual focus, color vision, and distance vision required.
• Exposure to dairy, vegetables, poultry, and frequent hand washing.
